Our Detailed Authentication Process

We follow one of the most thorough inspection protocols in Singapore. Our 5-step process includes:

Step 1: Warranty Card Verification

We begin by matching the serial number on the warranty card with the engraving on the watch. This is followed by an inspection under UV light to detect any signs of tampering or forgery.

Step 2: Microscopic Examination

Using a 200x magnification microscope imported from the UK, we examine dial printing, hand finishing, clasp engravings, swiping hands, engraving on the rehaut, and serial number engravings between the lugs. This level of detail highlights the precision and quality craftsmanship that counterfeit timepieces often fail to replicate.

Step 3: Sapphire Glass Inspection & Timekeeping Accuracy Testing

We check for the presence and detail of the micro-etched crown at 6 o’clock and verify that the cyclops lens magnification is accurate. This is a crucial step when determining how to authenticate your Rolex in Singapore and identifying any imitations.

Step 4: Water Resistance Testing

- Watch Case: Checking for microscopic structural flaws.
- Gaskets: Ensuring all rubber seals are fully intact and correctly seated.
- Seals: Confirming the watertight integrity of all closing points.
Confirmation: The successful result confirms that the timepiece is fully intact and watertight, maintaining its original and authentic build quality. This is a crucial step in ensuring the long-term reliability and value of the purchased watch.

Step 5: Movement / Calibre Examination

For watches outside the Manufacturer’s Warranty, we carefully open each caseback using the renowned Bergeon Caseback Opener to assess:

Movement authenticity
Balance spring condition
Jewel count and placement
Correct engravings

This allows us to guarantee absolute authenticity.
